1. Fine Art Prints (Printful / Other Dropshipping Partners)
Production & Fulfillment
All fine-art prints are made to order through trusted print partners (such as Printful).
Once an order is placed, it immediately enters production. Production timelines typically range from 3–7 business days depending on product type and location.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times vary by region and print partner.
You will receive a tracking link as soon as the order is dispatched.
International orders may incur customs duties or taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
Because prints are custom-made for each order:
All fine-art print sales are final.
However, if your print arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photographs of the issue, and a replacement will be issued at no extra cost.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within the first 12 hours.
After production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
2. Digital Wallpapers (Instant Download)
Delivery
All digital items are available immediately after purchase via download link and email.
Files are delivered in high-resolution formats suitable for desktops/mobile devices.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final.
If you experience file corruption or download issues, please reach out — the files will be reissued.
Usage
Digital downloads are for personal use only.
Redistribution, resale, or reproduction for commercial or print production is strictly prohibited.
3. Portrait Sessions
Booking & Payment
A non-refundable retainer fee (X%) is required to secure your session date.
Remaining balance is due on or before the session day.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Sessions may be rescheduled once with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Cancellations result in forfeiture of the retainer fee.
Lateness & No-Show
A grace period of 15 minutes is offered. Afterwards, time will be deducted from your scheduled session.
No-shows forfeit the entire session fee.
Image Delivery
You will receive a curated online gallery within 2–4 weeks depending on the package.
Raw/unedited files are not provided.
Usage Rights
Clients receive personal-use rights to their portraits.
The photographer retains copyright to all images.
Images may be used in the artist’s portfolio unless a written privacy request is submitted.
4. Membership Plans (Subscriptions)
Billing
Memberships are billed monthly or annually (depending on the chosen plan).
Billing auto-renews unless cancelled prior to the next cycle.
Cancellation
Members may cancel anytime from their account portal.
Access to premium content ends at the close of the current billing cycle.
Refunds
Membership fees are non-refundable, including partial months or unused access.
Benefits
Each tier includes its own set of features (discounts, BTS content, live sessions, etc.).
Benefits are subject to change, but members will be notified in advance of any major modifications.
5. Merch (Printful / Other Dropshipping Services)
Production
Items such as apparel, tote bags, hats, and mugs are printed on demand.
Production times typically range from 3–7 business days.
Shipping
Shipping times vary by region and carrier. Tracking is provided when available.
Some items may ship separately if they are fulfilled in different facilities.
Returns & Exchanges
Since merch is custom printed per order:
All sales are final.
Size exchanges or “change of mind” returns are not supported.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, a replacement will be sent at no cost if reported within 7 days with photo evidence.
